Skill Training for the Boys & Girls

In addition to the school education, the boys and girls have a variety of opportunities in vocational training.
Some children study along side with the vocational training and for other children with limited academic capacity the vocational training is more an occupational therapy that will also teach them useful skills.

The boys have different opportunities in the areas of woodworking, mechanics, construction, farming, maintenance and English and Computers.

The girls have opportunities to learn more about cooking, baking, sewing, and secretarial and typing skills in the computer lab as well as English.  Also, the young teenagers help with many odd jobs and in the daily life at Emmanuel.
We are hoping to obtain certification for our different shops in the near future so that the children may get an official certificate after finishing their training.
