The Dairy is now beginning to supply milk in modest
quantities to our kitchens.
Within a couple of months we expect it to be producing around 30 gallons of wholesome milk for all of the children to enjoy on a daily basis. Pasteurizing the milk is our next objective.
Volunteers and older boys work together in carrying out the daily tasks of the dairy facility.
